A Contemporary Steakhouse with Soul.

Soul cocktails refer to the practice of using spirits and techniques that harness the flavors and aromas of wood in the creation of cocktails.

 

This approach seeks to highlight smoking techniques, especially the wood from the barrels in which the spirits mature, and contribute to the drinks.

 

Wood is a key ingredient in many aged spirits, and when properly incorporated into mixology, it can add depth, complexity, and a completely unique flavor dimension to cocktails.

Our credo in the selection of the meat cellar is three fundamental pillars.

Purity of the breed, origin and feeding of the animal.

 

We believe in the care and attention to detail of our specimens to achieve extraordinary textures and flavors. We also believe in the organoleptic differences resulting from the sex of the animal, the genetic capacity to generate marbling, and the different maturations and finishes.

 

Each cut tells a story on the plate and palate of even the most discerning meat lovers. All this, combined with our wood-fired grill, makes the Alma experience unforgettable.
