Born and raised in Tasmania, Australia. Purebred Kuroge Washu, Japanese Black. With a BMS 9+ infiltration level, they work with neutered males and females under 30 months old, finished with a grain mix of wheat and barley, with a short wet maturation.
AURA
Born and bred in New Zealand. F1 cross of Kuroge Washu, Japanese Black. With a BMS infiltration level of 6-7. They work with females and castrated males under 30 months old, finished with wheat and barley-based grains, with an average maturation time of 60 days in wet conditions.
HANNARI
Born and raised in Kyoto, Japan. Purebred Kuroge Washu, Japanese Black. With an A5 infiltration level. They work only with virgin females under 40 months old, finished on a grain blend of wheat and barley, with a short wet maturation period.
INTOKU VINTAGE
Born and raised in the United States. Purebred Akage Washu, known as Akaushi, the red wagyu. It achieves a BMS infiltration level of 8-9. They work with 8- to 12-year-old mothers, finished with fresh fruits and vegetables, as well as a corn-based grain mix, with medium carcass and dry aging.
